We really enjoyed our stay in that unique and historical accommodation. The owner Tom is a very heartwarming person, who never got tired of giving us recommendations to have a beautiful experience in the Catskills.
Really a flawless setup. We particularly liked breakfast and the proximity to activities like the tan bark trail head. Will stay again without hesitation.

We stopped in Phoenicia on a bike trip, and while we didn't stay there, the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. He let us use his phone several times, keep our bikes on his porch, and help us and another couple find accommodations and transportation.
This was the most amazing place I have ever stayed. Totally clean and friendly owner. Tom he made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Peace and quiet is exactly what we needed and is exactly what we got. We will be forever customers.
